Best mechanics in Provo hands down. Knowledgeable, good pricing,honest and fast service, honestly in my experience those things have been hard to find in a mechanic until coming here. I highly recommend this shop. You will not be disappointed in the least.

I had an appointment for Wednesday at 11:30 which I was early for. They told me theyd call me in 2-3 hours to update me. At around 5:10 I was worried that they wouldnt finish in time since I had work the next morning. I called and found out they closed at 5. Extremely upset they could not fulfill their promise, especially because we had set an appointment a few days in advance and it seemed they were working on other cars. Word of advice, dont set appointments and give an incorrect estimated time without updating your customer. In the end they couldnt even fix the problem. They just did a diagnosis. A diagnosis that cost $120 that they could not get to or update the customer about from 11:30am-5pm who had an appointment. Will not be coming back.
