They took care of my daughters car that we just bought and did a great overall inspection. They found a number of issues with the car and even sent me a video of what they found. The people there were really nice and I recommend this place for car maintenance. They even do car emissions check for a reasonable price.

Edit: Updated to 5 stars. Jim Brown was great help in getting the situation corrected and my money refunded to me. Very disappointed with Tony and this company's values. I brought in a car that I bought used to get a general inspection, and Tony tried to upsell me a very expensive warranty before service. As a poor college student, I turned it down and left my car for the service. Upon returning to pick up my car, Tony let me know that they found that my car was in a critical condition where the coolant goes, and that it would need to be replaced. He then advised me of how expensive it would be to replace and that the warranty would cover it completely. All I had to do was sign up for the warranty and come back a little later without mentioning that they had already found the damage before hand and it would be replaced. He also told me to buy a jug of coolant incase there were any emergencies before the next time I came in. So I signed up for the warranty and bought a jug of coolant, trusting in his word. Well, I brought the car in this week and there was no problem found with the car. I talked to the guy who serviced it, and asked them to double check where the coolant goes. They found no problems. I then confronted Tony, and he mentioned that he didn't remember anything about the whole thing, which is a blatant lie because I bring in my car that isn't a chevy, so he remembers me every time. I told him I'm cancelling the warranty and he said that would be a terrible decision. Well, I went home and cancelled it - I'm sure he's been receiving commissions off of every payment. I'm VERY angry and frustrated that I wasted these months paying unnecessarily for this expensive warranty, and very disappointed as I trusted in Tony and his "attempt to help me" save money with the stupid warranty. Unfortuantely this company has lost all of my and my family's future business. It's a shame, as we have been considering trading in our vehicles to buy a new car here. I usually try not to leave these kinds of negative reviews, especially by mentioning specific employees by name, but this went too far and I am tired of being walked on. I'm sure other people have been used the same way, so hopefully somebody can see this before falling into the trap. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance
