Cowboys is contracted to take care of our front yard area for our HOA and we had a problem with water in the irrigation control valve and Cowboys sent out a worker to try to find out the problem. He discovered that there were some leaks in the pipes in the valve area, he quickly brought back the parts to fix it then waited until the next day to come back just to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore then put the dirt back. He came back within a couple of days to replant the bushes that needed to be replaced. Everything looks very nice now. We appreciated his tenacity to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Joel and his guys do a terrible job when it comes to lawn care (mowing, trimming, sprinklers, ect) I personally would give them ZERO STARS! EVERY week they leave big patches of un-mowed lawn. They took a chunk out of my vinyl fence, from their guys just trying to go as fast as they can while trimming. Ive called Joel (owner) numerous times to come fix the sprinklers and address the fence damage. After Joel telling me he was coming and not showing 3 separate days and time. One of his guys finally showed up to fix my sprinklers that havent worked all year.
Joel told me he was having someone else come replace the fence section a week ago. And that he was planning on spraying the grass along the fence to KILL IT, so that his crew couldnt damage it again while trimming. I told him ABSOLUTELY NOT! That it wasnt a solution I agreed with. He did it anyways so that his careless crew didnt need to trim along my fence anymore! Needless to say my fence section still isnt replaced and Joel wont answer my calls.
I have contacted my HOA who hired Cowboys Landscaping and hopefully can reach a resolution quickly. I will also be contacting his insurance to file a claim for the fencing damage since the owner (Joel) just lies and says he will take care of it.
