After a stay at the Radison, coming here was a breath of fresh air. The room was excellent. The service was great. Even the service at the morning breakfast was on point. The breakfast was more than I had expected. Location is nice, very close to the Provo Towne Centre mall and plenty of food options nearby.
Walkability: The mall and some fast food places are within walking distance. Across the street (University Avenue) is the East Bay shopping area.

We did not have a reservation but came in at about 5 pm. after 12 hours on the road. We had no problem getting a room for three people and a dog. My 12 years say what an amazing hotel, the room and breakfast is a 5 star. We all would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly.
Rooms: The room is amazing, too, queen beds and a pull-out couch and a full kitchen.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing.

This is my fourth stay here. Everything is very good. My room is spotless and everything is in great condition. Housekeeping does a great job too.

Nice and decent place to stay. Pretty much clean and pet friendly. Pool looks pretty much cleaned and food during breakfast was good.
We certainly enjoyed our stayed there but we did not liked how the manager showed up to our room to double check our dogs little accident. We stayed there on 3/19/24 and 3/20/24. It was obvious that she did not know how to talk to guests telling her that it is our responsibility what our dogs do here like we do not know. Besides that, the hotel itself was real nice.
Rooms: Spacious and nice.
Nearby activities: Target, Jacey Penny, Samsclub and other restaurants are close by.
Safety: Looks safety. No homeless.
Walkability: Pretty easy yo get to different places without having a car.
