We had a wonderful experience with this company. Two nurses came out to explain the home health service and hospice services so we were well informed on what decision to make. Brooke and Wes were very kind and spoke clearly on what to expect from each service. They were compassionate and patient as we made a hard decision. We chose hospice care and were so glad that we did. We had Wes as our hospice nurse. He was able to explain what hospice was and what it entailed. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. As time came for our relative to pass away he stayed with us and made sure we were comfortable with his care as he passed away. We couldn't thank him enough. The nurse who came after the to clean him up and dispose of medicines was also very kind and respectful to us in a hard situation. The aftercare program that they offer has been so helpful. They help you take care of all the closing of accounts, assets, insurance, credit card, etc. Kathy has made it so easy to tie up all the loose ends. Thank you Symbii for your great care for our family.

I loved working with Symbii Hospice! They were always so kind and respectful. They treated my mom with such care and I will forever be grateful!

Nurses do not show up or call. They call to tell you when they will be by but no one comes. I had hip replacement and developed a pulmonary embolism and then infection in my hip. I do not feel like I should have to babysit them and call them to see where they are. How hard is it to text or call.

The two nurses and the wonderful young ladies that helped my mother bathe were absolutely wonderful. They were angels. Their goal was to keep my mother comfortable and giver her information so she could make decisions for herself. They also talked to me about situations and helped me understand what was happening as time went on. I will never forget how much my mother loved these wonderful ladies.
