I live in a tiny, cramped house. Shane helped me envision an expansion using the property and space I had available. Not only did Shane's experience and vision aid me in the planning process, but truly proved vital and helpful throughout the entire building process. He was able to take my thoughts and expectations and translate them into beautiful and practical application, that fit within the code mandates of the city. One of the features to my addition that really highlights this were pop out shelves within both walls of the addition. I would have never thought of adding these, but they have made an already much needed addition of space 50% better again, by adding even more storage, while doing so with a streamlined and eye catching grace. Shane's vision and communication also came through in helping me retain brick on one of my walls that really works as a chique and modern look that all of my friends have commented positively about. As I checked on the project from start to finish I was impressed with how thorough, careful, and long-term conscious Shane was about the project. He did not cut corners, yet at the same time was very quick and on-time with his work. I could not be more pleased with my new addition; it is beautiful, Shane was amazing to work with, and the cost beat every other quote I got by a huge margin. Do yourself a favor if you are looking to build and give Sabre homes a look.

If you like a solid house Use Sabre Homes to build it. If you like flaky contractors don't use Sabre Homes. Shane Cook knows the book and goes by it. I've lived in my home that Shane built for two years now and have Zero complaints in fact I marvel at the craftsmanship within almost daily. Shane brought ideas in the beginning of the construction that only a contractor with vision could provide. He demands the very best out of his subcontractors and will hold them accountable for any issues that arise...trust me when I say that it was great having Shane to iron out a few mishaps that are bound to happen in any construction project. 100% endorse Sabre homes.

Sabre Homes is just what you want in a general contractor knowledge, honesty and skills. Not only does he build beautiful houses but he is available if you need consultation about other thing. He's always going above and beyond and that kind of commitment keeps us coming back.
