We loved working with Georgetown. We're regularly telling each other, and other people, how much we enjoy our townhome. Brandon and Michelle proved immensely helpful in the decision-making process and guided us as we made the home what we wanted it to be. As a result, we have a home where we love to spend lots of time. Our home was completed a few months before the pandemic and we have felt so fortunate to have such a comfortable, beautiful, and functional space to call home during this time. So far so good! We are currently working with the owner and co-owner of the development to help address an issue we've found in our community since they've built it. So far they've been very responsive, helpful, and communicative. We appreciate their willingness to stand by their work, and we are optimistic that a solution can be found as they continue to work with us moving into next year.

Georgetown was easy to talk with about our building interests. They listened to our financial concerns. Our build took nine months and finished on schedule. We appreciate the quality work in their construction. Communication during construction was sometimes difficult but improved as the project progressed. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend Whisper Rock and Georgetown Development. Thanks for our beautiful new home!
