the cashier was nice. I only saw one cashier and it appeared she was holding it all down. Answeing the phone, taking orders and making it? She needs to be employee of the month

I love Ernie's but was let down a little by today's experience. I ordered at the kiosk which was fully functioning and even had a sign next to it that said I could order there. Ordered, waited 20 minutes until I started realizing other people's orders were coming out before mine. I came to the front and asked about it to which I was told that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I sit and wait another 10 minutes and warn another guy at the kiosk making the same mistake as we did. We get our sandwiches, we are apologized to and then I suggest putting a note on the machine so people know not to order there. He told me to not order there unless they tell us to. I tell him again (very nicely) that they should clarify that in the signage if that is the case. He walked away as I was saying that. Again, I wasn't mean in suggesting that but was snubbed by the staff member. I would suggest, again, at least listening to your customers. And please put a sign up if you don't want people ordering at the kiosk and you know it sometimes doesn't work.
