        The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the new loss prevention methods they have implemented this year have rendered the self check-out nearly unusable. The experience of checking out is extremely frustrating with how often the system miscalculates how much weight is in the bagging area, where it constantly locks up until a staff member can come over and enter their store ID to tell the system that nothing has been added or taken away. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that there is not enough staff to help everyone who is having problems while also running the cashier lines. The change smacks of corporate greed, and therefore, I would not recommend this grocery store.
