        They dont take care of their own tenants. They try to take as much money as they can with their added fees. Theyre trying to buy positive reviews from the tenants too.

        Love this apartment complex! By far the best place to live in Provo. Very close to BYU campus, nice inside, and management always fixes our issues asap.

        Super nice facilities, big room! Wish they had a hot tub or pool but still love it. Good parking situation as well, which is rare in Provo!

We do go over all monthly fees before move-in, at move-in and all monthly fees are outlined in the lease for residents to review prior to signing. It does look like you are not a resident here at Fleur De Lis, but we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our services.
