        Came to clear a drain.. but never actually tested to see if it was clear before leaving the job. Next day I get a call from my tenants saying the bathroom is still flooding. Nice!

We want to make sure you are happy with our services and would like to discuss this situation further so we can see what we need to do to resolve this issue. The technician did test the drains after clearing them and everything was flowing at that time.
