        David and Leland did an amazing installation job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. David also did a great job of keeping track of all my requests and preparing a list of things to look at later. He always anticipating needs and setting things up in a way that avoids problems later on. Expert Services is lucky to have him.

        Expert plumbing was awesome! They came out within 24 hours of our initial call and fixed our problem the day of! David was absolutely awesome and so professional! He helped me understand what was going on and didnt try to push me on anything I wasnt wanting! We will definitely be using them again if we have any other problems!

        Im not sure what happened but I just got scammed. This company came to my house and replaced to sink faucets and unclogged two drains and charged me $1000 it took them two hours, my lawyer is about $200 an hour cheaper than that. Its OK though because he probably has a doctorate degree in plumbery. This was in the middle of the day, non-emergency, scheduled weeks in advance I see no justification for this price. All he did was shove a snake in two drains and literally put faucets on that WE purchased. What manner of scammery is this?! Update. I hired them again because I forgot about this review and saw incredible reviews. They did the same thing. They replace a tiny piece of plastic in a sink handle for $325. Now this is on me. No clue how their reviews are so high. Are they not charging everyone else like this???? Response to your response. Lets put this in perspective. The whole faucet and handle couldve be replaced for the price of the part. It was a piece of plastic. He went to 2-3 stores to find it. You tried to charge $325 for a piece of plastic to be replaced in just the handle. What would you have charged to replace the whole thing? $5000? Im just so terribly confused. It took him approximately 30 seconds to replace once he had it. Heres what I believe has happened both times Ive used you, because many contractors are guilty of this. We have a nice house. You judge what we can pay based off the house. Send me a receipt of what the part cost, my guess is it was between $30-$50 max.

        About 2 years ago both of our water heaters died around nearly the same time. Chandler S. replaced the first of the two within budget and it has worked very well for us since. He came again 2 years later and provided amazing service replacing the second heater and also investigated a hard-to-find water leak due to the old age of the home.
