I only like to leave positive reviewsUnfortunately, today I feel the need to share my experience with Greenleaf. After initially calling for an estimate, I was told that the technician would contact me by the end of that week. 2 weeks and 2 more calls speaking to the representatives in the office from myself went by& still not a call from the technician. It is busy season, I get it.When I received a call back from the technician, I missed it. That one is on me. The technician & I arranged for a day via text that he would call me back & when he didI was having phone issues. All my calls were going straight to vm. Once we finally connected that day, my phone dropped the call. A bummer for sure, but, what came next on his end was super unprofessionalhe wanted to come out to my house with his equipment to give me an estimate and then complete the job right after to save him a trip? The worst part was when I asked him if he could explain to me about the safety of the product because I have dogs. At that point he told me that it would be in my best interest to find another company Huh? Was I being too needy asking about the safety of my pets in the yard when it comes to pesticide? Was he doing me a favor coming out to provide a service during his busy time and was unhappy that my phone was going straight to vm? I was not going to waste another second on this company-very disappointing. I gladly took my service to Action Snow Plow & Lawn Care. They are a delight to work with.
