I own properties in Park City and Heber City that Tami and Gary have managed for me for the last couple of years. They are friendly, reliable, and quick to respond and take care of anything that I, or guests need when renting the homes. My properties are completely taken care of and well- maintained, and the peace of mind I have with them managing things for me is invaluable! They have done everything from coordinating rental details, handling maintenance issues 24/7, cleaning, stocking groceries for guests, and ensuring that my homes are in the same condition we left them in. Considering all of the service they offer, I feel they're very affordable and professional.

We have been Clients of Out Of Town Butler for going on 6 years now. We own a condo in Park City and rent it out year long. Tami takes care of all of the needs of the rental. She has always been very friendly, she is extremely thorough with the maintance of the property. We appreciate that we can rely on her to navigate all the needs of running the rental for us. From cleanliness, making sure the rental is stocked with the essentials, fresh linen, and also maintaining the amenities as well. Use this company if you like to business with thieves. I'm a tile setter and had set couple of showers and floors for them in the past. So they had a bigger job lined up. Two bathrooms. Showers, floors and countertops with backsplashes. I didn't have time to do it. So I had a friend do it. The deal was 3900 plus gas and drive time. Which didn't include the backsplashes. It was about 1 hr and 15 minutes away from Salt Lake, near Heber. My friend worked there for 3 weeks. I worked there 1 11 or 12 hour day. They rushed us to get it done before Thanksgiving. My buddy ended up working Thanksgiving weekend. After the job was done we couldn't get a hold of them for over a month. They skipped town to go hunting. Finally got a hold of them, but have been getting the run around for getting paid ever since. And now they're back to not answering their phone. My friend even paid for some of the material. They did pay 1500 while on the job. So they pretty much jacked about $3000 plus from mainly my buddy. So my friend put in about 3 weeks of work. Driving over two hours a day for $1500. On top of me looking for tile for them and working a day. We have family's to take care of.They have a really nice house. The house we worked on was very nice. Just another story of the rich taking from the poor. They spent the money they got from the home owner for us doing the job. Probably on their hunting excursion. Like I said. Do business with these guys if you prefer doing business with thieves.
