Great stay at this hotel. Mike at the front desk was SO helpful and helped make our trip great! The Location couldnt be better with the bus stop right out front which allows you to get to Main Street, park city mountain and canyons very quickly. Service was excellent and rooms cleaned daily. Lots of common areas to relax in. Would recommend if looking for a place to stay while in park city.

Military members be ware. Although they advertise a lower military family rate, they will add a resort charge at checkout which makes it the same as the Hilton Honors rate. A very deceitful practice in my opinion. I talked to Sebastian at the front desk to explain the situation and he was less than helpful.

We recently held a chiropractic conference at the Yarrow. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband, who uses a walker. They were very responsive and helpful at all times. We sure appreciated Julianna, Marvelous Mike from the front desk and Arie. We had a glitch at the luncheon because the BEO said 12:30pm instead of 11:30 and he rallied the troops and had lunch on deck within 10 min. The meal was awesome. Thanks to Arie and his team for their prompt response. Julianna was available and cheerfully responding to every request and every need. She checked in often to assist us with the event. It seemed that Arie was doing most of the work for the meals and banquet himself. He did a great job and the food was very delicious. Everyone especially loved the Miso Salmon and the Edamame. The location was perfect because our docs could take the trolley to main street and there were excellent restaurants nearby. We especially loved the Blind Dog, the Nosh and the Seed restaurant across the street. The 4pm hors d'eouvres were yummy every day! And thanks for having GF cookies!! Thank you for a job well done! Rooms: Our room was great! Nearby activities: Centrally located at Prospector Square... which is pretty much the center of Park City. Hotel has a game room, pool and Fitness center Walkability: Lots of services within walking distance Food & drinks: Great restaurant options within a 5 min walk. A grocery across the street

The hotel is outdated and could use some remodeling throughout the rooms and common spaces. That being said, its a great location, affordable, and the staff is helpful and courteous. I was on a roadtrip to California and left an expensive pillow in my room when I stopped here for a couple of nights to ski. I know youre thinking, expensive pillow? And yes, it was a pricey one. I didnt realize I had left it in the room until I was a few hours away from the hotel. I called them and asked them to hold on to the pillow until I came back through Park City on the way back to Colorado. The staff held onto that pillow for about two weeks and I was able to pick it up on my back through town. I know this sounds silly but it was a big deal that they held on to this pillow for me without any issues.(Its a Purple pillow, totally changed my sleeping for the better) Rooms: Theyre outdated and not the cleanest rooms but they get the job done. Nearby activities: Fantastic location close to the bus to the mountain and walking distance to lots of shops and stores.

Bittersweet stay. This is a 2 star hotel in a 4 star location. The good. Great open lobby with lots of space and a bar and restaurant on site. Location - close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Public Transit - bus stop is right outside hotel and provides free rides to town and ski resorts. Warm Cookies - makes you overlook a lot of issues with the hotel. The Bad. Rooms are rough. Rusty tub and tile/grout problems. Smallest toilet and toilet seat I have ever seen that is prone to clogging. Pool and hot tub, great feature but it needs updating. Customer Service. There are some great you tube videos on customer service. The staff and management should watch them. Welcome your customers, smile, make them feel welcome and valued. Anticipate problems that guests might encounter at a winter resort and have options/solutions for them (like dead car battery). Rooms: Small and dated. Walkability: Close to everything. Food & drinks: Good food and drink onsite. No free coffee in lobby.
