Great experience buying with these guys. I bought a charger tune kit and was expecting it to take a couple of weeks to arrive and it was delivered to Australia in 3 days. Communication was really good too. As for the tune kit, I have tuned and waxed 4 boards now and it was really easy due to all the Demon instruction videos making it super simple to understand. I've never waxed or tuned a board before, but feel like I've been able to do a better quality job than most of the waxes I've had in Australia.

same as others.. Placed an order and nothing for a month still. no response to email or calls. No one ever answers the phone. Just looking for an ETA or confirmation that my order exists.... I am excited to get my order because they seem to make good products.. but gees cheese come on guys.. So I do need to say that these guys are alright. Honest mistake on their part but they made it right and sent me my goods plus an extra for the problems. Also I did my part in messing up too. They did call me back I just didn't recognize the number and did not answer my phone.. So my BAD Good products FIR SHORE

My girlfriend placed an order online and after one confirmation email an month ago. And we sent a few emails to customer service and no reply. I called and it goes to voice mail. We even send message to their FB account and also no reply. So we want to get refund now.

I recently ordered the softcap D30 kneepads for snowboarding. They are definitely effective. I took a major spill on ice earlier this week, and my knees hurt for a couple minutes after the fall, but after that nothing -- and no bruising afterwards. This is in contrast to the Burtons I was previously using, which are probably better than nothing, but have left my knees bruised most of the season. The Demon softcaps are also comfortable. They stay up, but I don't feel like they compromise my flexibility very much at all. They are thicker than the Burtons, so if my pants were form-fitting at the knees, they wouldn't work, but I think it's fair to classify them as "slim profile;" they aren't bulky. The only potential drawback I see is that I am a medium-build woman, and the small fit me well, but there doesn't appear to be a good option for smaller women.
