This is a joke of a store. The management seems like it is run by emotional teenagers. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I am a long time Lululemon customer. One of the main reasons why I buy their clothes is because I know that if there is a problem with it, they will make it right. This store in Orem has terrible customer service. They refused to refund me for an item that met all of the appropriate criteria (I went online and got a full refund). Their managers were argumentative and unhelpful. If you want to go to a Lulu store find a different one.

If I could give zero stars Ill do it! Terrible customer service. The staff was dismissive which I could understand as working in retail is stressful. However, body shaming an individual is not acceptable. The person who was helping me was not willing to show me the item I was looking for and made a hateful comment about my body. I feel embarrassed and disappointed that they treated me unfairly because of my body shape.

Love the style of the sports bra and the softness however I purchased white, 2 washings later the material was grey and dingy. Not impressed and very expensive for that to be happening. Wouldn't purchase again.

This address takes you to Walmart when the store is actually at the mall. Great selection, customer service was good but nothing like the customer service at the Riverton store, will probably drive further to Riverton to have a better shopping experience
