We called in for a take out order (got some Indian dude). We completed the order and then he said our zip code was wrong for the card but we got a text saying our card was charged 56.54. He said he would transfer us to the help desk which was the actual store. When we talked to the manager he was extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do because there was no order for the name. But we were charged for the order. If you are a pizza place in the US don't have a foreign company take your orders. NEVER AGAIN will I order Papa Johns it's a scam from the foreign Dude that takes the orders and money is not spent well nor are the managers empathetic about money being taken out and they can't verify that an order was made

Not sure why I keep ordering from here, the pizza is good but the service is usually 1 star

Getting sick and tired of my pizzas looking substantially less appealing with substantially less cheese than whats advertised.
