On October 8, 2021, Friday night, 6:00 p.m. this location was closed. No reason given on the storefront. My guess is they either permanently closed or they do not have enough help. Online still said they were open. Not a good sign for the business.

Made an order on Sunday during their hours through the app and went to pick it up and no one was there. Submitted a ticket through their online portal and was told they can’t do anything to refund my money since the place is individually owned so I tried calling them yesterday (Monday) and 2 in the afternoon and no one answered. Still haven’t heard back from anyone. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Edit: Got a call from their corporate office and they said “we sent a message to this store to reach out to you but you are basically S.O.L and won’t get your money back. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.

Ordered online with 40 minute delivery. They called after 45 minutes to tell me delivery wasn’t available. I didn’t have a car and couldn’t pick up. Told me they didn’t know how to refund my card.. Terrible customer service.
