The more I think about my experience, the more I speak with psychologists the more I realize what a waste going here was for an assessment. I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. Someone then showed up exactly at the time of my appointment. He didn't know what was going on either, so it's obviously very organized here. He set off the alarm and later in the assessment cops showed up. Super professional. Whatever mistakes happen. I took the assessment. Most of the questions were about my childhood. Very vague. The whole thing was supposed to take 2-3 hours it took around that. Took about two weeks to get my results. We had scheduled a call instead of an in-person appointment. I received an email that it would be in person and had to completely rearranged my schedule and bring my son (9months) On the way to the appointment, I sat in traffic for 30 minutes. Received a call that said that the appointment was still over the phone and not in person like I had been told. I'm very angry at this point with a screaming baby in the back seat. I pulled into Bristol health and was told he wasn't even in office so we would still talk over the phone. I have to get a breakdown of my mental health in the car in their parking lot with a screaming child. Oh and the results were the most vague and unhelpful results I've received. The recommendations was therapy written 23 different ways so it looked like the $1200 I spent on this eval was worth it. $1200!!!!! I Dont have $1200 to spend but my mental health was worth it to me. I can not believe I spent this. I was trying to get help and instead I got more stress and less answers. I got more answers from a YouTube video on mental health. Dont waste your time because they WILL waste it.

I am so grateful I found this place. Nathan and Eric are awesome, I feel like they actually listen to me and my sessions are actually productive. Seriously the best doc and therapist I have ever had!

I LOVE Dr. Daniels, she is so attentive and eager to help improve your life! I 100% recommend her. But dealing with the front desk is a pain.

The staff at the front desk was pretty rude. They were not understanding and were impossible to work with to get prescriptions to the right pharmacy. They would always blame it on me when I would go to the pharmacy every day with no success. Sarah Ingerson's methods of psychiatry, however, are quite impersonal and destructive. Sarah would have me fill out a questionnaire each time I came in to see how much medication to add. She would not tell me what the medication was and their reasoning for prescription. She would frequently overprescribe and never listen to me. She would quickly go through a questionnaire, prescribe a new medication EVERY SINGLE TIME without really telling me what it was. It seemed like she just wanted to get to the next patient without ever listening. She had no psychiatry plan and was prescribing without regard. When I was having terrible withdrawal symptoms to a medication she did not even suggest it was withdrawal. She just asked if I was pregnant since I was newly married. She did not take my complaints seriously and tried to prescribe me with dizziness medication. I had to live with the symptoms, do my own research, figure out it was and then at the next meeting I told her it was withdrawal and she casually said, "oh that makes sense." No apology ever. Extremely frustrating. Also, Dr. Ingerson would never keep up with my life circumstances and failed to write down why I was needing to meet more frequently. The reason I needed to meet more often was brother being killed in a car accident by a drunk driver. How did she not make note of that? She was like, "Weird we are seeing you so soon?" Dr. Ingerson and the Bristol Health team is terribly careless and does not listen to their patients. This could just be my bad personal experience, but I would seriously reconsider working with Bristol Health. I always tell people to avoid working with Dr. Ingerson because of her large failures as a psychiatrist. I now am working with a new psychiatrist to really listens to my concerns, makes eye contact with me and validates everything I say. She quickly answers, tells me what my medication is doing to my body and does not give me any more medication than I want. The difference is night and day.
