From the phone call to scheduling my surgery the service was terrific. I like how stream lined everything was. It was very open, they looked you in the eye and seemed to validate my concerns and really wanted me to understand what was going to happen and my options. Would defiantly recommend.

This doctor is not to be trusted! I went to two different doctors to get opinions and Dr Bankhead said I needed this and that surgery. And the other doctor said I didnt need any kind of surgery. Dr. Bankhead is a salesman and sees dollar signs. Key phrases he uses is, I wish you would have come in yesterday your tooth is so bad!!

READ THE FINE PRINT. I went in for a consultation for implants. No cost was mentioned at any time during the 15 minutes it took to take a few x-rays and give brief counsel. As I was arranging my finances to get $15k in work done by their office, I received a $95 bill. When I called to inquire what the bill was for, I was informed that the exam was the charge in question. When I asked them why cost was never discussed before rendering service, the receptionist told me it was in the fine print of the intake form. Every other implant specialist I have come across since offer complimentary consultation and x-ray. I guess maintaining a Ferrari payment falls on the shoulders of unsuspecting customers. In my experience as a business owner, customers value transparency and integrity. Charges buried in PAGES of paperwork followed by a surprise bill 3 weeks after the visit are not appreciated. Such practices result in customers looking for a specialist they can trust elsewhere.
