I've been going to Dr. Sachs since I've lived in Orem. I've moved around the country quite a bit and have had many dentists. First, his front desk receptionist is very helpful and friendly. She was able to get me in quickly. His assistant was also very friendly, and my cleaning didn't hurt at all. Because of this, I referred them to my adult daughter. She doesn't like to go to the dentist. She has stomach issues that break down the enamel of her teeth. We weren't aware of this when she was young. She had always been told she didn't care properly for her teeth, and she felt her efforts weren't adequate. At Dr. Sachs office, she said she didn't feel overly judged or lectured about her dental hygiene being responsible, like in the past. She had a great experience and went on to schedule a couple of much-needed fillings.
As for my appointment, I noticed Dr. Sachs is very particular and careful with his work. He took extra time to make sure my "bite" was perfect. I was also fitted for a night guard. He spent a lot of time making sure it fit well. He asked me to come back if, at any time, it felt uncomfortable. It fit perfectly, but I didn't like it and called. I was surprised they were able to see me very quickly! Dr. Sachs listened to my concerns and gave me the answers I needed: I still need to wear my night guard.

Absolutely loved coming to Sachs Family Dental! Ive been to a number of different dentists over the years and have never been so impressed. They explained everything in such detail and the vibe of the place was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back!

Just did a cleaning and everything was very well explained and taken care of.
UPDATE: They are totally review fishing. They prescribed me expensive toothpaste and told me that if I left a review they would give it to me for free. I think most of the reviews are here for the same reason. My real review is dont come here. They told me I had 12 cavities and needed a root canal (more than $2000 worth of dental work on the first visit) and so I went to 2 other dentists to double check and neither of them could find 9 of the 12 cavities. The other dentists said I definitely didnt need a root canal so I didnt get it and its been 6 months and they were definitely right. I could never trust them after this type of experience.

This office is awesome! I love how the doctor speaks to you clearly about what you need and is amazing with the results!
