American Eagle Store

Went in this morning for some jeans. When we walked in we were not greeted and the employees were chatting the whole time we were there and never asked if we needed help or offered to start a dressing room. Looking for sizes was difficult because everything was unorganized. Sizes not in the correct places. The clearance section was a disaster (pic included). When I went to try on we just went into a room that was already opened. I did eventually approach an employee because I couldnt find something and she answered my question. I usually dont mind when employees dont greet but then when the store is a mess it makes it really hard to find anything. Ive also noticed that the jeans dont seem to fit consistently anymore. Im a different size in every style.

Never had a problem here and go frequently! Appreciate their service and AE in general. Sometimes the store or dressing rooms do get a little messy from shoppers

I went in last night (2/7/24) since I havent been to this location. My experience was shocking, disgusting, appalling, and quite disappointing. There were two employees(blondie and brunette) at the front when I walked in, no greeting from either of them, just giggles and side eye. As I walked around looking at the items, I noticed only one employee was actually working and they looked stressed. This person was cleaning the register area, checking people out, and trying to help any and all customers as best as they could. The two, which then became 3, employees stayed in the front trying on clothes and laughing. None of them decided to come and help. One of the girls (black hair or maybe another brunette) that was trying on clothes kept coming to the back to grab MORE clothes for the three to try one. That one girl could see all of us customers needed help, but she didnt drop what she was doing to come do her job. Its wasnt very slow either, it was me, two couples, and a couple other people in by themselves, so in total of 7 or 8 customers. I was there for about 30 minutes and when I left the three girls were STILL at the front trying on clothes and laughing, not one of them said a single thing to me. I gave them a glare as I walked out, but they unfortunately did not see me. I feel bad for the one employee who was actually working, I hope she gets a pay raise! I hope the manager can crack down on those three girls or fire them because that is not acceptable. If I ever go back in to this location and I see the same thing happening, I will most like become a Karen and make a scene on those girls. I wish I had gotten the name of the one working employee, I remember she was tall. I hope something gets done about this soon!!
