Do not buy from this store! I bought a sweater for my daughter in law and when it didn't fit they would only give me a gift card. A few weeks later I went to go buy something instead but they closed their store in American Fork. Only choice then was to go online to purchase something only to find that my gift card is only redeemable for purchases in store! I'd give this store a zero star but it wont let me. Thanks Bella Ella.... that lesson just cost me $100!

I ordered a dress from Bella Ella and had a terrible experience. Upon arriving, I took the dress out of the bag and unzipped it--the zipper immediately broke before I could even try it on! I packaged the dress back up and sent it back well within their timeframe of return, but the company refused to accept the return! The woman emailed me to say she (an able-bodied individual) was able to "fix the zipper herself" so they would not be honoring a return. Even when I explained that I have a disability with my hands and cannot operate such a low quality zipper on my own and that the zipper is bound to break again, she refused to accept the return. She even said I would have to pay for shipping to return the dress that I had already paid for on an item I did not want and physically could not use given the zipper. Their dresses are such low quality, the company has a terrible business model, is not at all customer centric nor understanding about accessibility issues, and truly feels slimy. Do not shop here!

Agree with everyone else here-- Buyer beware! This company has terrible customer service. I bought a dress, didn't fit, so I returned it. Did not realize returns are only refunded as store credit. Annoying but not the end of the world. I then used the store credit to order a shirt and when I got the shirt there was a hole in it. When I reached out, customer service was condescending and suggested "I donate it to a local charity." They could refund me in store credit but not my original card-- the perfect scam to make more money off the customer! Moreover, they deleted my posts and blocked me on social media. Very unprofessional.

Dont go to this Orem location. It doesnt specify on here but it is there office and not a boutique.

Buyer Beware. You are not able to return anything except for store credit and they will not make any exceptions. Very frustrating. I do tons of online shopping and I have never run into this unworkable policy before.
