Manager said it wasn't possible to get a refund for my online purchase, since I'd used PayPal. I shop at stores online all the time and have never run into that problem before, it has always just connected to the card associated with my PayPal and the refund has come through. She told me I could only get in-store credit, which is useless, since I never shop here. I had just found a unique pair of jeans that I loved the look of while searching online and decided to give them a try. My usual size and the next two sizes up didn't come close to fitting and had no stretch whatsoever and they looked cheap in person. After going home and reading through company policy, apparently I could have done a mail-in return to get my money back. Now I'm stuck with $140 in store credit I'll never use. Wish she knew the company policy and could have helped me out when I was frazzled instead of saying in-store credit was the only way!

Customer service was the pits. The chick who I talked to at checkout was very distracted by the coworker and customers next to her and wasnt listening when I was explaining the exchange I wanted to make. She then had me repeat myself several times before proceeding to tell me they dont do exchanges of different sizes and I would need to return the item, get a refund, then buy the new item full-price even though my original purchase was on sale in advance. I had called previous to coming into the store and the representative I talked to on the phone assured me they do exchanges, so it was frustrating to waste time and also be treated poorly.
