My wife ordered a pair of jeans from here and the wrong address was put on the shipping label. They said they can't refund until they have the package back and USPS is still trying to send it back and it's been months. Terrible customer service, they aren't willing to cooperate or willing to give in store credit even though the package is on it's way back to them. Very inconsiderate. Fast forward to 2022. Still no refund or package. She tried ordering another item from there this year and the same thing happened. No delivery. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Love Shop Stevie clothes. Received an item with a large snag and had to pay for the shipping back to them. Doesn't make me excited to purchase here in the future.

I really like their style of clothes. They are high quality and priced pretty fair I just wish they had smaller sizes stocked they run out of my size so fast.

I believe every 5 star review for shop Stevie was paid for. Their clothes are SO overpriced & horrible quality. Their sizing is almost always off by atleast 2 complete sizes, the color is not just off, but completely different than their website shows because she over uses filters. In every. Single. Piece. Of. Clothing. Im so sick of her false advertisement. I dont know how they feel good about themselves or their work when they know they are ripping people off. Their customer service takes weeeeeks to get back to you. Writing them on Instagram? Youll never get a response or your comment will get deleted. Even if youre just asking a simple question. Theyre not transparent in anything they do. Dishonest company.
