I have shopped at this Ulta ever since they opened. I even have diamond customer status. However, the last few years I have been treated horribly by every single staff member, including the manager. I will no longer spend another dollar at the Riverdale, UT location. Everyone there has RBF and for some reason cannot even try to fake a smile. You can do better ULTA.

I prefer this ulta a lot than the other ultas, everyone here is so nice and helpful. Ive gotten get recommendations from employees here about makeup products that I love to use. Store is always clean and always has something Im looking for and if they dont, they always help get the item for me. Really enjoy coming here!

Great experience. Everyone is so helpful. I noticed that all fragrances are locked up now, which is good they are protecting themselves. Bought the New Day perfume and I love it.

Went in to buy some supplies as usual. Couldnt find the products, one of the employees (cute emo girl) was very helpful. There was a lady just standing by the registers not doing a thing seeing me struggling doesnt bother to ask if I need help but when I approach she says she has 3 people before me, which if its true I understand but she had no one. Its the way she said it and then tries to approach when she knows she messed up. The Hispanic lady I even spoke Spanish to her, didnt care to help either. Anyway, you wont see me there again. Either things change there or sadly youll go out of business.
