I went to sally's to get my favorite setting spray. They only sell it here. I asked one of the gals there. I think she was the manager because she helped out another team member she told me "give me a minute i will be right back". Well she never came back and helped 5 other people and forgot about me. I was standing in the isle other people noticed i was waiting. They didnt get helped too. I understand being short staffed however if you tell a customer you will be helping them in a few minutes dont take on other tasks and make other customers feel not important. She could of said maam give me a few more minutes. At least any type of communication is better than none. Usually sallys is great but not so wonderful today. Thw staff needs understand making custimers feel like they are not important to come back to and talk is not good for retail sales. Sad thing is other customers seen this too. I bought my 3 items and left. I cant wait forever for help. I will have to buy my setting spray online at another distributor. Good luck sallys your manager you hired is not very courteous or attentive.

Im not the kind of person to leave a bad review but this experience truly set me off. I honestly would leave 0 stars if I could. My friend and I just left the store and I cannot express how rude the cashier was. From the minute we walked in we were catching judgemental stares and the workers were talking about us. As I went to check out, there was a negative attitude coming off of the cashier. He was a tall male with dark hair and blonde highlights. As we were leaving the store he was laughing and scoffing at us. As soon as I got into the car I saw him conversing with his other coworker about my friend and I, and pretending to Gag and very clearly gossiping about something we were both unaware of. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. whats even more alarming is he felt comfortable enough to gossip in front of what appeared to be a manager on duty. I will definitely not be returning to this location again. I wish this could be brought to the attention of a higher authority, so that the actions of the employees could be accounted for and handled accordingly.

I accidentally knocked 2 or 3 of the lotions over near register over when I was making a purchase & checking out, & she shifted my petsonal bag over immediately, while saying "Just let me slide this over so you don't knock those over again" which I immediately stood the 2-3 little bottle/tubes back right up. Like i thought to myself, really, if it is such a problem then why put them there?
When I left & entered my car I looked back in store & she was straightening them out better, I guess I didn't do it right. WOW. Nice customer care! Definitely don't see that in professional beauty supply stores.
