Ashley Collier is such an incredible realtor to work with! She made selling and buying go smoothly and made sure we were happy with both processes. She let me ask so many questions and was always available with step-by-step communication to address concerns and needs. She never pressured us at any point in the process. She also made our home look amazing in person and in ads to help it sell - she brought in professional photography & videography, including drone footage showcasing the surrounding attractions. Ashley hosted a 5-hour open house, which resulted in 2 qualified offers, 1 of which was cash! She handled all negotiations for us to help us get the most out of the process, which resulted in us going under contract in just 4 days in a slowed-down market (and we got $3k over asking!).
