Hamlet Homes stands behind their product 100%! We had some minor warranty issues, like all homes, but they were taken care of in a timely way and done right. They even took care of a problem we discovered after our warranty period had expired. We were unable to install a Radon fan in the attic where it was supposed to go because of furnace vent pipes being in the way. They diagnosed the problem and arranged and paid for the installation of the fan. Most of their subcontractors were excellent with a few exceptions but Hamlet is committed to quality and corrected any deficiencies immediately. Also, their staff are excellent! They are very helpful and friendly. I have talked with multiple people who have built homes, and no one has had a similarly excellent experience. I highly recommend them. Service: Project management

We bought a new townhome from Hamlet and we absolutely love it! The location and the small community is wonderful. The way our loan was handled was fantastic. We were a little late getting into it but, with COVID, it was still close to our original date of taking over the home. The unit is beautiful and done well; the grounds around the community are just as nice. The only issues we had were some of the windows were noticeably not square and the furnace was loud but both were fixed in a timely manner which was awesome. Service: Project management
