Stephen is one of the rare people in this business that treats every sale with equal attention, care, and understanding no matter how small. My property was among the cheapest single family residences for sale in Salt Lake City, and I know that Stephen had to put in a lot of extra work. He referred me to a number of contractors that allowed me to economically and quickly address all of the sellers conditions of the sale. He responded promptly to any emails, texts, and phone calls. Having worked in the mortgage industry myself, I know that it's often difficult to find someone willing to put in the time on a much smaller loan or home. I will never be going anywhere else for my real estate needs going forward.
