        They've had my car since January 11th it's been OVER a month! I had to keep contacting Shannon myself because I NEVER received any updates and even after informing Shannon I wasn't receiving any of her emails she supposedly sent so I gave her a different email address and I still NEVER received any emails updates! I've had to continuously call the shop for updates and every time Shannon said she'd call me back with updates I NEVER received any calls backs!! This is RIDICULOUS! I'm paying out of pocket for a rental car even though I have full coverage so that's been a joke and I've informed Shannon that I'm paying for a rental car you'd think she'd be more on top of things....This is the worst experience I've ever had!

        Sooo professional thorough and quick! They were a gem to work with and kept giving me updates via text which I loved. If you have a rental you can drop it off there and they will call the rental company to pick it up! Hopefully I dont have to use them again but for car repairs shop great people!
