Needed a passenger light cover painted. Dropped the car off in the morning (8:30am). Called at 2pm to see if you if it was finished and told it hadnt been attended to yet. Called at 5 pm to see where we were with it and was told that this was a 2 day job. Wish they had explained that earlier because the first visit where I had them paint a similar cover they painted it the same day. They must have had other job priorities as this was a small job. I needed the car for the next day so I picked it up at 5:30pm. They gave me the mirror back as shown and Ill find somewhere else to get it done. Service: Painting

Tom is the owner/head of the shop. Gloria answers the phone calls and tries to handle the schedule. Both are pleasant to communicate with. However, I made an appointment 5-6 weeks ago, and when I went in, Tom was not there for the appointment, and Gloria tried to help. Turns out, her photos weren't good enough for Tom, so I had to reschedule and come in again for an estimate. After that, Tom provided a fine estimate and we scheduled work to be done. Feeling nervous about their keeping the appointment, I called in advance-- only to find they are so over scheduled with work, they wanted to cancel the appointment (but they hadn't told me that timely.) This happened again and again for weeks, three times in a row. They didn't call me to cancel each time-- I had to call them to confirm that they couldn't keep the scheduled appointment. Summary: Kindness: 5 stars. Courtesy and scheduling: 0 stars. Work quality (can't say-- as they cancelled on me too much.)
