A&W Restaurant

I have given this location multiple opportunities to change my mind. Everything I go to this location they are always out of items. My burgers are always thrown together so I always have to put it together. There drive thru is always so slow the fastest I recived my food is 10 minutes ( they always have me pull to the side of the building). They don't add any sauce eventhough I ask. I love a &w but this location is not worth it.

We had KFC and it was terrible. The person taking the order didn't know the menu. We ordered 2- 3 peice meals, she didn't know what they were,she thought they were combo meals. We had to pull up to the windo while she figured out what we wanted. It held up the entire line. One man came to our window to see what was taking so long, she wasn't taking any other orders. They were out of coleslaw so we orderd corn. We pulled around the building and waited. When our orders came 35 minutes later the chicken was burnt and one of our orders didn't have the second side. We will not go back.

This is a KFC/ A&W chain and I was only able to order from KFC menu (mobile order only). We were told we had to order via app and couldn't order at the front counter (were standing at the front counter register talking to the workers), okay they have policies so whatever, but when the app told us the food was ready for pick up, we went inside and they asked for the name of order multiple times and it wasn't ready or prepped yet. It didn't seem very busy in terms of customers around the location so I'm not sure what's going on. I really like spicy chicken sandwiches and I think it's new here in the US for KFC, (Australia has a spicy chicken sandwich, called zinger, for years now) but I could be wrong. The sandwich was not good, and was actually lukewarm for how "fresh" it was made and how long we waited to get it (double the time from when app saying it's ready). It has non-existent spice and was actually overpowered by the black pepper of the chicken skin. I double checked with my friend who doesn't eat spicy and he said the same. I'm not going to start naming other local franchises/restaurants that had better spicy chicken sandwiches because every other place was better than this. I was sorely disappointed because AUS KFC zingers are ranked high for me. Even if I want KFC or A&W (I actually came specifically to try A&W items too but couldn't order any since I had to use KFC app) again it will definitely not be this place even though I live 7 min walking distance to this.

They are only doing takeout and drive through. They did get 1 thing wrong with the order, but not a big deal. I give it 3 stars mostly because it is just fast food, not because it was bad. This place has a KFC there as well, which is the app that I ordered from. I will be back.

Very slow service. I waited several minutes on the drive through, then so far, fifteen minutes waiting on a pick up spot. All the while dozens of cars are going through the McDonald's next door. I'm not coming back i don't care what the food use like.
