        We went through the drive-thru we placed our order. He read it back to us. We got home. They had done both orders wrong. When we took it back they refused to refund it or make us new sandwiches. Absolutely atrocious behavior. I will never go there again!

If we make a mistake, the very least that we can do is try to make it right and it sounds like our team completely dropped the ball!
