      image I will never do business with this company. My sister, who has outstanding credit, has been in the process of refinancing a house for about a month and still cannot get a closing date. The underwriter has asked for completely unreasonable and unnecessary documents, and also asking her to resend things they already have. I have never seen a loan process like this.

      image I couldn't believe how responsive and quick to act my loan officer, Aaron Darby, was! We were able to close in less than two weeks, which is apparently very rare. It couldn't have happened without his help. He was always positive and encouraging. He was never a barrier to getting things done.
