Our loan officer Derek was great. He gave us options and helped us select the option that was tailored to our needs. He got us a great rate and was with us every step of the way during the underwriting process. The team around him were always courteous and professional and the closing took only 15 minutes! Very impressed.

We took out some equity in our house to fund construction of a cabin. The process with Elevate was incredibly easy and we are elated with our low rate. I have always been a proponent of paying off loans as quickly as possible, but in today's environment, keeping our investments earning high rates of return, while utilizing the lowest interest rates we will see for a long time to fund our new cabin just makes sense. Blake Law is amazing, from the first to last signature! I have done more than 1000 of them lol. Loan process went smooth as expected.
