I bought a new truck 3 months ago and called to have my car insurance canceled on my old car on the first of November, the gentleman I talked to said he would make sure that happened. On 11-01 I was charged for both cars, I had to call and have that corrected, she said no notes were left on the computer. I started to look for new insurance and found the same plan for $55 dollars a month cheaper. I called again to have my insurance canceled but 3 days later they pulled my payment out of my bank account. I called again and they said I would receive a check in the mail in about 10 days, that was 3 weeks ago. Still havent received my money. Very, very disappointed in this company. Customer service is bad and there is no integrity with what they say.
