Insurance needs for a Public Private partnership can be a critical piece of this or any project. Swarts, Manning & Associates didnt just sell us insurance they provided guidance and support to ensure each partner had the proper insurance and the program was cost effective and a success. We are now under construction with student housing on campus!

Swarts, Manning & Associates has taken care of our General Liability, Auto, and Commercial Property insurance for over a year now. We've been very happy with the service they've given us. Whenever we've needed any changes made or have had questions about our policy they've been prompt in responding and have helped us navigate the complicated world of business insurance.
I would recommend them to anyone that's looking to set up a policy and then very rarely have to stress over it again.
