Dave Platt has been a solid insurance agent for me. The only reason I out 3 stars is because the one time I wanted to go to his office, it was closed during hours that someone should have been there and because his name is nowhere to be found on the door of the office. There are 3 agents that office out of this location and only one agent's name is on the door. The agent's name is Marco Alcarez. Admittedly, the last time I needed to go into Dave's office before the most recent time was over 10 years ago. He actually moved from that original location, to another location, then finally to this location. However, if you're suppose to have office available hours for a certain time, the office needs to be open for those times. I wouldn't have minded if Dave wasn't there as long as someone was there. Nobody was though.
