I'm so impressed with Ian Hullinger and his team. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced in the near 20 years that I have had car insurance. His team was so helpful to make sure I got everything I need at a price that I can afford to pay. If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would.

Farmers has been the worst decision I ever made regarding insurance. Ive been told how to handle a situation by Ian and than told that since I did as advise that oh well farmers needs a stop payment in order not to attempt to take a double payment after being paid via card and the app and calling in waiting to speak to someone to pay my life insurance. In short its been a very messy and unethical experience for me and I couldnt be more disappointed in the integrity of the company and those associated with the company after realizing what they do.. I am awaiting my response to my second request to cancel. If you work a day job and long phone calls to resolve dishonesty every month or 2 is bothersome I highly recommend not getting involved with Farmers!

Tanner is the best!! I needed insurance for my van, mind you I never had insurance or even owned a vehicle before so Im new to all of this! All I know is I need a good deal. He reached out to me, got me the quotes I needed and than because I like a good deal I told him I would get back to him because I needed a couple more quotes, and he was super nice, he never pressed me or put time constraints on me, he just said ok and waited on me. I did look into it and this was the cheapest by far, and he even found a way to get renters insurance for me & offered other coverage as well if need be, not now but in the future. When I chose this company he ran the paperwork quick and it just felt like I was a priority to him! I had such a positive experience that when my friend just bought a car I told her she wont even have to look I have a connection! And I reached out to him for her late on Friday and he was so considerate that he worked on it throughout the weekend! Thats what sealed the deal, a good price for the coverage that I need and customer service! Thanks Tanner, I will always keep you in mind for me and my friends and family!
