I had the worst stay in a hotel in a long time. The room I got was filthy, the flooring in the room above me is creaking VERY loud and the front desk personnel was happy about kids screaming and running up and down the corridor for half an hour after 11pm. (Front desk is just down the corridor). I spent a much better night in a two star days inn for half the price. As a Platinum member I had my fair share of experience with BW, well this hotel should not belong to the group. Rooms: Tiny rooms, no soundproofing. My room was not clean.

FREEZING POOL. The pool is NEVER the temperature standard and people always complain how cold it is but they do not change it. We stay 2x a year due to location and always hope they will change it to meet the Best Western standards! The hotel is fantastic and I would rate it 5 stars if we could have family swim time while there which is part of the amenities!

Spent the week in Lehi for work. Stayed at the BW Timp Inn. Will definitely stay again. Quiet, accessible, comfortable bed, great amenities, courteous staff. Our tub was draining slowly and they fixed it right away. Thanks to this BW and staff! Rooms: Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Quiet a/c unit Safety: Well lit parking area. Definitely felt safe staying there. Food & drinks: Definitely eat at Edna's Market and Grill about half mile north of the hotel, just up the street. Food is fantastic!!
