        We travel almost every weekend and we only stay at Hampton's, this Hampton is a 2 star at BEST. The poor girl at the front desk is doing EVERYTHING(even folding laundry!) while some guy sits at the desk in the back managers office doing nothing. The cleaning crew is just getting to our floor( at 5 pm) and have all of their stuff and dirty laundry completely blocking the hallway. It stinks in this hotel and its not clean. Coffee is ice cold and even if it wasn't I had to refill the entire coffee bar this morning. The worst part of our visit was there is no hot water for showers. Its been miserable. We will avoid this Hampton in the future for sure. Still love Hampton Hotels in general tho.

        The lady at the front desk was excellent. The room had issues the ceiling in the bathroom was coming down and there were little black bugs. It had water damage. You could not open the curtain to look outside. There was only one towel per person.
