Ive known Doug for many years and he is always calm, cool, and collected. Doug was the perfect realtor for my situation and delivered by selling my home and helping me negotiate the purchase of my new home. The property I was selling needed some TLC and Doug had the perfect contacts to complete the work. They quickly completed the work and were caring on not making a mess of the property. Once listed Doug got some great feedback from possibly interested buyers which then educated us to drop the price further to move the property. Long story short, I didnt make it easy on Doug but he dealt with every obstacle the property presented calmly, succinctly, and professionally.
