I changed my Kenetico water softener because it was already over 20 years old and the technician explained to us the reason for changing it for a new one. I feel very comfortable with the softer water. The quality of the product is very good. The water is very filtered and clean in In my house we got used to using this quality of water, especially Kenetico

Very grateful for their speed and efficiency when we need new filters for our drinking water reverse osmosis unit. And they keep on top of the other filters that might be in need of replacement as well. A really well-run operation, in my opinion.

Just had kinetico install a new water softener unit. early christmas present for us and our home! The old electric unit had gone bad. I am so happy to think I will never have these problems with my new unit. thank to the awesome people at the office in draper as they truly know what customer service is all about.
