My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

They were a trusted and reliable company... until they were not. Several years ago, I signed up for their membership service called "My Buddy The Plumbers Club". After more than a year of the service I called to cancel the service. The person I spoke to said that was fine and they had cancelled the subscription. Well.... After several months (almost a year!!) THEY STARTED BILLING ME for the membership WITHOUT any notice or communication. TOTALLY UNETHICAL, DISHONEST BEHAVIOR. After several calls they agreed that they made a mistake and promised to make it right... they were defensive and very unaccommodating with resolving the issue in a timely manner. It has been almost two weeks and I am still waiting on them to come through with what they said they would do. This should have been resolved last week... per there own timeline. If only their level of service when things go wrong was on par with there level of service when things go right.

Don't let these guys work on your Sprinkler System. They put an above ground backflow in the ground which is against code for a customer of ours.
