Brad Bradley & Associates PLLC

Brad Bradley has been handling the books for my husband's businesses for the last 20 plus years and my multiple businesses for the last 4 years. The last 4 years for me, personally have been frustrating to work with this company. Getting them to do reconciliations and to get our payroll done on time have been like pulling teeth! The last few times they made an attempt to reconcile our accounts and work on our books (which was months ago), they had their receptionist doing it and she made numerous mistakes and inaccuracies, and took far more time than it should have taken,...and they charged us the same rate as they would a professionally trained bookkeeper! My husband and I finally sat down with Brad Bradley himself to see what the problem was. I found Mr. Bradley to be rude and unprofessional, offering no apology. Basically acted like they do no wrong. Now they don't return our calls and emails and hadn't made any efforts to do any work for us to the point that we have finally had to take our business elsewhere. Basically they have decided to not handle our accounts without giving us any reason and with no communication what so ever, which has put us and our businesses at risk! On top of this, we have found that they have made MAJOR mistakes on our taxes the last four years which has cost us dearly with the IRS and we are now having to pay another firm to fix!!! DON'T RISK YOUR TAXES OR FINANCES WITH THIS COMPANY! **Update on my review of Brad Bradley. Because I had to find a different CPA due to Brad Bradley not responding to me. It cost us $13,000 to fix the mistakes that the Brad Bradley caused me!!!....And this bill is still mounting as we have to go back to 2014 to fix devastating tax/IRS mistakes. The new CPA said it was like they (Brad Bradley) didn't even care where things were categorized in our books and that they were just throwing itemized items wherever, with no regard to the proper placement for tax purposes. The new CPA also mentioned that our tax return looked like a ignorant person did them, that didn't know how to do taxes. Brad Bradley had no regard for us and didn't even give us the proper deductions that we were entitled to. Since working with the new CPA we discovered how negligent Brad Bradley and associates had been with our books and taxes. Their Negligence has cause us considerable harm with the IRS, and caused my businesses considerable expense having to pay to fix their mistakes. The harm they have caused us with the IRS has inhibited me from expanding my businesses to full potential. We are now looking at what state and federal agencies we can file complaints with. DO NOT RISK YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE WITH THIS COMPANY THE WAY WE DID. DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART.

I have been using this company for my personal taxes and rental property for more than 30 years. I am now switching to a new company because they are not the same now that they have merged with Larson and Company.

This office is AMAZING!! They have done SUCH a great job with my taxes for the past 30+ years! Efficient, fair prices and pleasant personalities all around. I highly recommend them!
