Over promised under delivered. Worst furniture buying decision ever. Delivered a month later than promised. Brought the wrong chair twice. So in all took 4 months after purchase to get the correct pieces. 13 months later (1 month after the warranty expires) the recliners started breaking. Now 2 years after initial purchase 3 out 4 are busted and the company will offer no help.

We felt bad for the employees here. Everything we looked at was unavailable for weeks, or even months. How do you work for commission if your company can't stock product for you to sell?

Why 1 star? Deliver on what you promise. Be proactive in your communication. Offer credits/refunds when you make mistakes. None of this happened. I ordered a bed in Oct and was told it would be delivered around Thanksgiving. No one called me with any updates. I called end of Nov and was told it would arrive the first 2 weeks of Dec and that someone would keep me updated if that time changed. No one called. I called again middle of Dec, was told the new date is now the week between Christmas and New Years. I would be updated if that changed. No one called. I called again after Christmas. New delivery date was first couple of week of Jan. The saga continues. No one called. I called again and it was finally delivered end of January. I paid in full (including $60 delivery) in Oct and was told there was no discount or refund despite my poor experience. Poor execution. Poor customer experience. Unless something dramatically changed, I would have a hard time recommending or shopping there again. Love the bed though.
