Poor customer service. Total bait and switch of the products on the floor vs the ones they pull out of their garage bay. Deceptive and dishonest. Don’t trust Ben or Monica.

I purchased a "white" bedroom set and it started getting yellow spots immediately.
I have been in several times and was told that certain light bulbs can make these spots appear and really not much they can do. I don't have any special light bulbs and my room gets very little sun.... The furniture looks awful, very disappointing after spending that much.

This place is wonderful! Rep was really helpful and I saved more than half for the same bed at rcwilley! Will be referring everyone here! Displays are ok but look at the AWESOME selection they have in the catalogs and you'll find the beautiful beds (set) that they can order for you!Sets cost way cheaper than their competition around them!!Prices are awesome!!!!!!❤❤ Downside is location. This store deserves to be up facing the street so everyone can see it!!! Referring everyone there!!!

We bought a bunk bed. When we got it home, and took the pieces out of the box, we saw the bottom had a large gauge and it was cracked the entire length. Called the owner, he apologized and made us several promises to make it right and he kept NONE of them. I've literally called 16 times over the last 33 days trying to get the price replaced. When I called yesterday he finally told us our replacement part was in. My husband brought it home and when we put it with our remaining pieces we realized he gave us the discolored and stained piece off the show room floor and didn't tell us. We're taking this bed back tomorrow for a refund and never going back. The customer service has been a complete joke. I would rate this place as negative stars if I could.
