        Truly received exceptional service from Morgan. Had to come back later in the day to have some savings bonds cashed, but the gals at the front were knowledgeable and they really provided great customer service!

        I visited this branch and spoke to Juliana and Morgan who both helped me with some account information that I needed to access an account at another institution. They were able to find what I needed and I was able to eventually access my account. The reason why this was a great service experience is they tackled the issue even when, intially, it seemed like task wasn't possible in the beginning. Kudos to both Juliana and Morgan.
